Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible.

Pricing and Availability

We  ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate. But errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a refund as per our ‘Refund Policy’.

Payment 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The money received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the product you wish to purchase.

Shipping

• Free shipping on the Orders above or equal Rs- 600 in India.

• Shipping Charge of Rs- 52 (Postal charges and Packaging) will be applicable for orders less than Rs- 600 in India.

• After receiving the order books will be shipped within 3-4 working day.

Cancellation

• Order cancellation requests will be accepted within 6 hrs from the time of Purchase.

• Refund for cancellation will be initiated within 2 days. We will process the refund after deducting 3% of total order value.

Return Policy

• If you receive any book in damaged condition you can exchange it exactly with another copy of the same title or return it to us for a full refund.

• Return request must be initiated within 2 days from the delivery date. Customers have to share the unpacking video with us through e-mail- [email protected]. Without unpacking video no returns will be accepted.

Rerurn Process

• To return an item, please e-mail at [email protected] or call at 9233001285 / 9233001275. Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Refund Policy

• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange within 7 working Days from the receiving date.

• If any package returns to us for wrong address or phone number, shipping charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
